Detailed instruction

The first half of the class will be dedicated to practice of detailed instructions on specific techniques.

Sensei's individual attention

During these classes Sensei will pay close attention to each student's practice as well as practice with each student on a regular basis.

Dynamic practice

The second part of the class will be dedicated to dynamic practice of a designated technique.
